This was one if the best igloos we have stayed at. We stayed in 5B, and it was fabulous. There is a sauna and hot tub outside both of which are a must. But the best part was sleeping under the stars and snow filled trees. We would definitely stay here again. Decor is modern, there is also a great snow park for the kids and a shot of vodka at the ice bar in an ice glass just tops off a brilliant night. Highly recommended.

This hotel is just wonderful! The Jacuzzi, the sauna, the staff, the forest around the resort, everything is just perfect. Spend your evening in the jacuzzi watching the stars! The room is super clean and cozy and very very romantic! Once in a lifetime you should pay for this!

The glass igloos were amazing, the hot tub was fantastic, the whole trip was really out of this world. Magical for the whole family, highly recommended. Dreams came true here in the magic of it all.

The apartments here are simply stunning. Simple yet very sophisticated in style, with floor to ceiling windows to soak up this magical location. The staff are very friendly and efficient. We had the half board option. There was everything you could possibly want at breakfast, and dinner was top notch too. We cannot wait to go back to do it all over again. The snowmobile safari is a must. Georgios safely guided us through everything we needed to know. The highlight of our trip though, was our husky experience. (Bearhill Husky). Breathtaking, awe inspiring, (pinch yourself) to believe that you're really travelling through this magical landscape, being pulled along by these magnificent, strong, enthusiastic and ridiculously friendly huskies. Put this trip on your bucket list!

We visited Rovaniemi at the end of Dec and based on a personal recommendation of a friend, we stayed here. The whole experienced did not disappoint, and is truly world-class. It is a gem and truly deserve a 5-star. We opted for hotel pickup which costs 7€ per pax, and they were waiting for us when we arrived. Short drive away, we arrived at the resort just behind the Santa Claus Village. Check-in was handled quickly and our luggage was sent to our room. We were free to explore the Village and we grab a quick lunch. Upon entering the room, we found the temperature is a tad too warm and they came promptly to adjust the floor heating and air-con settings (as the controls are locked away in a box outside the apartment). We had half-lodge so Breakfast and Dinner are included. We highly recommend this as it gives you time to relax and not having to rush to the Village for your dining options. Private indoor Sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi is superb and you can use till midnight. Occasionally you may see a reindeer sleighs tour from the Jacuzzi, which we consider as a bonus. We also visited their Snowman World as this was recommended by our friends who was here the previous year. Ticket to visit is 25€ and short 5-mins walk away. This was included in 2018 if you stayed at Glass Resort, however is now an optional activity. All in all, we highly recommend this place if you are coming to Rovaniemi. Book early as it gets booked out regularly. We appreciate the privacy, excellent staff & amenities, and the short walking distance to SCV. Thanks to Yona, Anni and Johann for looking after us.

Amazing resort with a wonderful design and a full glass outdoor view from the ground to the sky at night. They have indoor sauna and a centrally heated unit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have an outdoor hot tub which stays at 40 degrees. A wonderful experience to soak in the hot tub in - 15 degrees temperature. It is walking distance to santa claus village where you can do many types of activities. Definitely worth the money for the experience and you must book very early to secure a slot in this resort.

Loved everything here. Location was perfect. Secluded yet walking distance to nearby attractions. Sauna and spa was amazing. If only the temperature could increase from 38 degrees. Another night would be perfect.

I wanted to do something memorable for my wife’s 50th birthday..something off our bucket list..this was beyond our expectations and dreams!!! Truly magical from pick up to drop off..the attention to detail is seriously impressive.. the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble..so many extra bits just made our stay incredible..snow mobile safari, ice restaurant experience, each apartment has a hot tub and sauna.. in seriously breathtaking scenery.. just totally awesome..There is so much to do and see...would recommend this to anyone.. don’t think just book you won’t regret it!
